We work with goal-oriented individuals who come to us for a variety of reasons. Others seek help during tough seasons in their lives that cause significant stress and disruption. At Lumin, we work together to help you figure things out, make some good decisions, and gain confidence in your ability to successfully deal with all that’s on your plate.

We empower our clients by providing emotional support, teaching effective coping strategies, instilling hope, and strengthening their emotional resilience.
Our clinicians are experienced in a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Humanistic & Positive Psychology Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy. We custom-tailor the treatment approach for each of our clients, based on our overall clinical understanding of the client’s needs, strengths, and treatment goals.
