LUMIN IS HIRING — OFFICE MANAGER POSITION

Lumin is an innovative psychotherapy group practice in Greenville, South Carolina, looking for an Office Manager to join our team! Responsibilities: The office manager will assist in the management of the mental health practice and will serve as a personal assistant to the founder/CEO.

  • Carry out business activities as determined by the founder/CEO

  • Answer phone calls and emails from current and potential clients 

  • Efficiently schedule/reschedule client appointments  

  • Manage forms and new team members on the EMR platform 

  • Upkeep of the office and office supplies

  • Help plan/execute therapist and clients community events

  • Work closely with other team members to carry out other tasks, as required

Requirements:

  • College degree preferred, but not required

  • Experience in office management preferred, but not required

  • Excellent organizational skills and experience with managing projects

  • Skills in organization, filling, and data collection

  • Expert knowledge in the use of the Microsoft Office and Excel suite

  • Excellent customer services skills and phone management proficiency

  • Calm demeanor when interacting with clients

  • Skills in managing task flow, proficiency in multi-tasking, and navigating projects to completion in a timely manner

  • Person of character who demonstrates strong teamwork skills and cooperation

Position Details:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 28 hours a week

  • Location: 306A Mills Avenue (off Augusta Road) Greenville, SC 29605
